If you receive an email with the subject line “Alert: Keep Your Domain Active” – open it.
ICANN requires your domain registrar to confirm contact information. If you don’t confirm, your website will be deactivated (until you do confirm).
If you aren’t sure about the email, don’t click on the link. Open your registrar’s site in your browser and login securely. You should find a notice on their website that will lead you to the correct steps to verify your contact information.
